BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME

- Accept your tickets
- Fully charge your phone
- Bring a debit or credit card (or your e-wallet)
- Arrive at bus pick-up by 2:45 p.m.
- No backpacks
DEPARTURE INFORMATION
- Park & Ride Location: Commuter Parking Lot | 2000 Redwood Road, Napa, CA 94558 | Redwood Road & Solano Avenue
- Arrive: no later than 2:45 p.m.
- Bus Departure: promptly at 3:00 p.m.
- Non-Member Bus Payments: Will be processed electronically upon boarding, if not pre-paid.
GAME DAY SCHEDULE
- 2:45 p.m. - Arrive at Park & Ride
- 3:00 p.m. - Bus departs
- Bus Parking: Arrival at Oracle Park - Save or pin the bus parking location on your phone before leaving the bus so you can easily find it after the game.
- 6:45 p.m. - First pitch
- Upon arrival at Oracle Park - Pick up t-shirt & proceed to seats
- Post-Game - Return promptly to the bus you rode initially after the game for timely departure.
BALLPARK APP TO ACCEPT YOUR TICKETS
- All tickets are distributed electronically.
- No hardcopy tickets are provided or accepted at Oracle Park.
- Accept your electronic tickets in the MLB BALLPARK APP before game day.
- The MLB app is not the same as the MLB BALLPARK APP.
- Click or tap the MLB BALLPARK image for instructions on how to download the app.
- After confirming your tickets appear in the MLB BALLPARK APP, please reply to Karen's email to confirm you have received them.
ENTERING ORACLE PARK
- Present the electronic ticket on your phone for each person in your party.
- Present the ticket for each person in your party for scanning at the entrance.
BAG POLICY
- Do not bring a backpack.
- All other acceptable bags will be searched at the gate prior to entry.

CASHLESS VENUE REMINDER
- Oracle Park is a CASH FREE venue.
- All vendors accept only DEBIT or CREDIT card payments.
ITALIAN HERITAGE NIGHT T-SHIRT PICK-UP
- Souvenir/promotional t-shirts are for special event ticket holders.
- T-shirts, while available, must be picked up at View Reserve Section 334.
- T-shirts are distributed only during the first couple of innings, so we recommend picking yours up immediately upon arrival.
- Availability of t-shirt sizes is not guaranteed.
